Peter Bujok grew up around construction. His grandparents immigrated to the United States from Poland, and his grandfather was a builder — the kind of person who understood that what you create with your hands is a direct reflection of who you are. Peter's father carried that same ethic into a successful carpentry business in the U.S., and Peter spent years working alongside him, learning the rhythms of the trades — the pride in craftsmanship, the pressure of deadlines, and the trust that holds a project together.

That upbringing shaped everything about how Cavallo operates. Peter studied International Business in college, and after graduating, channeled that foundation into building what would become Cavallo Agency. Over the past twelve years, he's grown the firm from a solo operation into a focused team serving some of the most respected engineering and construction companies in the country.
