Welcome to cavalloagency.com (the “Website”), operated by Cavallo Agency LLC (“Cavallo Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about Cavallo Agency and our services, including web design and development, marketing strategy, brand identity and messaging, and growth marketing (such as search engine optimization, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and analytics and reporting) for engineering, environmental, construction, home builder, and manufacturing firms.

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between Cavallo Agency and the client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written permission.

When you submit information through the Website, such as through our contact or project inquiry forms, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our project inquiry form saves your progress as you complete it, including before you submit. Our collection and use of personal information, including partially completed forms, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Website unless we have agreed in writing to receive it on a confidential basis.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including client websites, social media platforms, and tools we use. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.
